How do you post pictures to threads
When you are contributing/starting a thread the toolbar above where you are writing has icons.Quote:

You have to click REPLY or REPLY WITH QUOTE to post to a thread
When you reply the toolbar comes up at the top.
It is the icon that looks like a framed picture, third from the right.
