Give away section?

I don't know if this is the perfect spot for this suggestion, but perhaps with the changing positions of topics recently, we could create a whole new section for Give aways? I know that for a while it has been suggested to have one per month for new guys, mid guys, and old guys lol. So maybe have a give away section with three sub-topics- new, mid, and old? It might help in the organization of these threads and might help to keep them in full view when they are newly posted? Just a thought!
