New Chat vs Dial up
David:
I tried out the new chat set up at home, on dial up, well that was kinda depressing I could get the page to load but nothing else I could connect and type messages but the others in the room couldn't see them or me nor could I see them....
Just keeping you updated...

Ummmmmm yeah????
OK lets get one thing out in the open, I turn the computer on, I hit the little AOL thingy, then I hit the little SRP thingy, and Voila' I am here.....
I am using Vista..... Browser???? what ever AOL uses, Javascript???? WTF is that I type in english.....
TY for making it quite clear that I don't know jack about computers.....:roflmao

:)
Well, you've said the majic words.. It's probably and AOL thingy.. We've had dial up users use it well..
So I'll say two things..
1) We're not swtiched over yet, so don't sweat it a lot.
2) Once connected to the internet, try coming here via Internet Explorer (The Big Blue E), that might resolve a lot of issues, and make SRP a better place for you period (Mabye even the internet).
Thanks
David

Glen...
i starting a fund to get you to switch from AOHell there are lots of dial-ups available that allow you to use whatever browser (internet explorer or firefox) with out the bloat of their system ,after all bill gates programmed enough bloat into our operating system already.:D

I wonder how the fund is going?
