Adding new smilies?

Just curious if the mods could add some new smilies?

I admit I am unfamiliar with how to make them or what is involved with adding them (I think they are just animated .gif files), but I have seen some really interesting (and very funny) ones on other sites.

Maybe a "Smilie submission thread" for those that find some that would add value to SRP?

Also, the favorite smilies feature is still broken. Maybe one of the admins could take a look at it :D

Doc and Bruno are working on this. I would suggest PM'ing them at least 15 times to figure out where in the process they are.

I would have uploaded them already if I knew how. I'll have a look in the forum manager to see how this works
