Help File access

When I try to download any of the help files, I get a bunch of gibberish in a Word page, but the gist of it is "Access Denied". Am I doing something wrong? I don't see anyplace that requires a premium membership to access certain features like some of the forums, but I'm very new to the site, so I could have very well missed something. Any help would be appreciated.

Odd. They are working fine for me

Amazingly enough, I find the files work fine when I click on the download icon instead of the underlined file title name. DUH!!! Thanks, hoglahoo, for letting me know they are, in fact, working properly so I could determine it was my own stupidity that was causing the problem.:chop:
