Vendor Directory

The vendor directory needs to start up again:

And I'd like to it to exist in the wiki.. Anyone willing to take this on? THere is no current set of data, other than what is in that thread. And I can't verify it's still accurate.

Semi-takers. I think we should get the form extension working first, so that non-Wiki-savvy users can contribute, too.

I think it is working, the template seems to be displayed. Are you sure you created the Form Namespace?
