Sterling stuff - thanks a lot! Some typos that need fixing. Could you make a tarball/zip file of the original images available? Might even make sense to use numbers in the pictures to leave room for comments in the text, maybe?Quote:

Numbers introduced. The .pdf zipped files are too big (660 Kb/image). A .jpg version would be exactly the same file now available online. Just PM me an email address or directly ask for changes, since it's very fast to modify the .pdf file.
