If you are told you have exceeded your six ads when you have only three up,whats the problem??
Do you have any archived ads and or do you have a continuous ad ie for honing going?
If they are recently archived you may need to wait out the amount of time you put the ad up for.
I recently had this happen to me and I had to wait the time for the longest ad out. IE: I had four ads for 7 days, 1 for 15 days and 1 for 30 days. All sold with in 2 weeks. Before I could post anymore I had to wait for the 30 days was up to post a new ad.
I don't think so I think it is 15 days from when you posted them. At least that is how I feel it ended up with me
As I understand it this is a bug in the programming. It is known to the mods but not a top priority.
I've found that no matter what length of ad you chose they do not disappear any quicker. Usually around 30 days, give or take, from posting they will disappear.
Thats strange but i guess the way it works, back to the bay in the interim:)
At some point the software stops counting the sold/expired ads towards the limit. I'm afraid that if you want to know when that point is you'll have to disentangle the code that does it. I didn't care enough to do it myself, so I don't know the answer.
In any case the classifieds is for occasional sales, not for running the equivalent of a storefront, so the incentive to change the current behavior isn't much.
