E-mail notification

First of all I would like to say thank you for a very good and informative forum :)

I keep getting e-mails from SRP whenever someone is posting in the same thread as I. Tried to figure it out under "settings" but with no luck.

Is it possible for me to change this in my profile settings?

Follow the 'Settings' link in the top right, in the My Account > General Settings section, you can modify how you are notified of new posts in threads you have posted to. Section is called 'Default Thread Subscription Mode'
