sharptonn,
That sign is illuminating. I like it.
The point about Arko is this: the soap lathers well, has good glide, although the cushion could be better, and I like the fragrance. The price is right, too. Good stuff. Still, Arko soap is not the Eight Wonder of the World. Some like it and some don't. Some prefer other products, but that should not detract from Arko, which some people like and some don't — and there we go in circles, as with many other shaving soaps and creams.
......and the circle of life that we go around on can sometimes bring us back to where now we like something we didn't before and wonder why we ignored it for so long a time. Of course there are places on that circle you always skip over because they are known black holes that will drag you down to the depths of multi-blade razors and lurking exes.
Arko is one of those soaps that fit the bill as products that get the job done.
Some people just want more out of their soap.
@razorfeld... I also tried Arco and didn't like it. In fact, I'm a huge cream fan at this point. Here are my go-to creams.

I'm a Maca root and MWF man for my basic uber lather to which I add small amounts of other creams and soaps.
