Scraped the last bit of this out of the tub last night. I'm going to try not to buy any until I use up some of the other software that I have stocked up. It will be difficult because this is my favorite.:boohoo:

Haven't tried that yet, but I may have to if it affects you this way:cry:
tedh75,
The Art of Shaving creams are good. I have used most of them and prefer the lavender and the sandalwood. Yet there are other fine creams out there, and I'm sure you have some in your stash, so why not use them? I sometimes choose not to buy something new until finishing the old.
I haven't really used there soaps much except for the sample pack I got when I first started and I know I didn't know how to really create a lather back then. Anyways I really like the smell of their "unscented" pre shave oil. Its the lavender, black pepper and clove oils that give it the great smell that I love. I am trying to recreate it so I can make a soap and aftershave that smells like it.
Not only that, tedh75, but The Art of Shaving will still be around when you finish your other products. This is a Proctor and Gamble company.
By the way, The Art of Shaving soaps were reformulated a while back. If you can find the older versions, they are excellent.
I have their Lemon cream and use it probably twice a week , less now as I have m ore creams and soaps to try out .... but I will definitely be using the AoS often.

My favorite by far. The best Sandalwood smell IMO.
Be an optimist.
Don't cry over the end of this cream; use the opportunity to find a cream that you like better than this one.
There's a whole world of creams and soaps out there the beckons to be explored...
And, as Obie said, you can always come back to AOS.
I agree, though I have only tried 6 soaps/creams. AOS, Proraso, Parker(soap), EJ , GFT, and TOBS in approximately that order of preference. The samples of St. Charles Shaving aftershave and EDT that I have are good enough that I plan to try their soap. I'm quite certain it won't be replacing AOS as my number one though. There are still quite a few to try.
