    Default Jack Black

Sorry I think I posted this in the wrong section, but here is what I posted. I got samples of Jack black cream and after shave, so far it has been my favorite. What do you guys think of it and any similar products like it?

I use the Jack Black Post Shave Gel.. It's great in the warmer months. Haven't used any other items in the JB line.

Was the worst shaving cream I have ever tried.

Tried it once, didn't even bother giving it to my wife to use, just tossed it in the trash, is terrible stuff IMO.

Bought their AS balm at Winners as it was heavily price discounted. I don't think it is any better if that than Nivea AS balm for sensitive skin. The Black Jack is much more expensive normally. My impression and it is just an impression after using only one product in their line is that it is intended to an upscale product and marketed/priced accordingly. The normal price does not reflect if it is any better or worse than a lower priced more plebeian product. In this case it wasn't any better for me.

I use the post post shave cooling gel from time to time on shaves where I have some extra burn. It does its job, but like most have said it is over priced and you can find other products that do the same thing.

Thanks boys, so far I have liked it and get a good lather from it. I do really like the after shave. Any suggestions for another cream to try next ?

I would go with TOBS. It is a real cream (not a soap or croap). I like TOBS Sandalwood scent and the lather is great.
Another would be Castle Forbes. This cream is a benchmark for shaving creams.
