The 1445 fragrance has been around a good while but I believe the cream has just come out.
Some blurb on the fragrance:
1445 from Castle Forbes is a beautifully fresh, green eau de parfum with a classic and timeless scent. Named after the year in which the chief of clan Forbes was honoured as the first Lord of Scotland, this is a proudly assertive fragrance that emphasises notes of fern and light resin. A spicy base of vetiver is the perfect foil for the lighter green and citrus notes that open the fragrance, giving the final effect a well balanced, refined aroma.
Hopefully I can give my impressions next week.
I got the Oleo Rush St soap this week and used it about an hour ago. I'd say its good. I'm not ready to go beyond that right now. I will say that it lathered like a champ and smelled nice. But after the shave is over, my face is a tad bit more pinchy than it normally would be with my favorite soap. And it left my skin a bit dry. I wouldn't say that it was bad. In fact, I'd say that it was better than 90% of what I try. And I really, really was rooting for this one being from the Chicago area myself. I wanted it to be my new favorite. But it wasn't quite that good. Would I buy it again? Maybe. I can assure you it didn't suck. But at this point B&M is still my favorite.
Think its come out just this week, I daresay it'll be winging its way across the pond shortly.

I can say, even though the coffret is very pretty, that Boellis Panama 1924 is definitely not very good. I'll have to try it again, but it may just belong in the basement tier.
I tried it and it fried my skin. I mean torched it. Never felt such a killer burn on my Hollywood face. I didn't even finish my first shave with it. I washed my face with face soap, cleaned my brush, rinsed out my scuttle, and started afresh with a new soap and a new brush. Deadly stuff. Basement Tier, definitely. OY!
