Well, if you want a Bay Rum Shave Soap that is an authentic adult scent, Meisner Tremonia is great stuff and it's a top notch performing soap. Just be aware it's no sweet smelling soap it's the real thing.
Ogallala did make a nice bay rum puck. Don't know if they still do.
Just got a Bay Rum from Stirling Soap Company. Very good and reasonable. Good people too.
Green mountain, Spiced Rum. Puck lasts a long time.!!
Mystic Water ~ Bay Rum
Without a doubt, the nicest Bay Rum scent I've ever used.
The soap is a good, solid performer too.

Barrister and Mann if you like bay rum with cloves, which most soaps do, or Mystic Water for a very nice Bay Rum without cloves which is my preference.
Only tried two brands, Col. Conk which wasn't bad but Ogallala was much better. Its still available, check the website for retailers;

+1 for Ogallala
Can anyone describe what bay rum smells like? I've been wondering for a while now.
Bay leaves, spices, Rum. Some here even make their own version of aftershave, using Rum as the base.
Captain Morgan's spiced rum, works real well.
The Try That Soap web site has a list of soaps with bay leaf in the scent.

Some of the products qualify as hard pucks, but the list should be helpful.
+1 for Meissner Tremonia & Green Mountain
My favorite Bay Rum scent is Captain's Choice Bay Rum. I have a strong sensitivity to clove, so I have to avoid Bay Rums that have close (most do). Captain's Choice uses cinnamon rather than clove, so it works for me.
This product is a soft soap in a tub, so if your are insistent on a hard puck, it won't be suitable.
Try Krampert’s Finest. It is the only American Made Soap that I have in my rotation.
As I had never heard of a Meissner-Tremonina bay rum shaving soap or paste and as I do like their products very much, I went to their website to see what they might have added since I checked last.
Sadly, I found no trace of a bay rum (containing rum, bay leaves, spices) shaving soap or paste and it appears that it might have been a limited edition that I missed when it was introduced and that has since been discontinued.

Aloha!
And here I am sitting on top of a mound of soaps that I'll probably never use in my lifetime, and now I'm ordering some Bay Rum. Go figure.
