Sorry for my mix-up with words (swedish/english= swenglish) I apologize.
What I intended to say was a more or less agree upon your statement.
I have builded up a stock of soap's, mostly from Colleen during the last 4-5 months,
they are for me very special. When I saw this thread about it and your reply to it (for
me so familiar) I'v reacted to fast... but my brain didn't.
sorry for not sitting in the quiet with my poor english.

I understand you Stefan, but english isn't native to me either (and neither is swedish)
I am not sure about Collen's website - it's been lagging behind, but she's supposedly working on bringing it up to speed right now. She emailed me her catalog which I believe was up to date.
Right now she's officially on a break (updating website, etc.) and not taking orders till October, so I'm looking forward to the new and improved soapmistress' quarters

Personally, I don't like to have the soaps sitting in hot or too warm water, as this will make them melt. If that's what you are trying to do, then good otherwise not productive at all. Have you considered using a slightly stiffer brush, or maybe the tap water is too hard where you are. I have a vulfix as well, love it, and use it everyday, I usually just run hot water over it before I begin and make sure I don't shake too much water out of it. Then I grind and swirl until it looks kinda like a meringue pie. Done! You can take out a chuck of soap, but just try to make it somewhat uniform in size and shape, not too crumbly. As for the shoes comparison yeah for us straight users, that sounds about right.
