William's & TGQ soap so far :)
I use soap too but I really prefer cream.
I prefer soap, but I'll throw in a cream or two during the week.
Jordan
I started out preferring creams and now I use shave soap 9 times out of 10. . .
I prefer soaps to creams with one exception and thats castle Forbes. Its the greatest shaving prep in the universe.
I alternate. Mostly soaps one week and then creams the next week. No preshave products just soaps and creams.
Ernest
All I use are creams, T&H, Castle Forbes, Taylor's and TGQ is what I have now. I have two cakes of soap, one from classicshaving I got with a mug and one from shavingshop that was thrown in with an order. I don't really use soaps though, they're still in the packaging.
Mainly I use soap, but sometimes I get lazy and just shampoo m beard and shave with the shampoo. Soapwise I alternate between Williams Mug Brand, some I purchased on ebay (peaches and cream or bay rum scent) and Burma Shave. I also have 3 bars of Black Cavendish on it's way and am looking forward to giving it a try.
I find myself using both soap and cream here lately for super lather.

Mostly soap, but I through in a cream here and there....
Just plain water. Been waiting a month and a half for the soap I bought
I use Soap and Cream mixed. For me it seems to give me the slickness and the cushion, been using it that way since I started shaving with Straights.

I never thought I'd say this but The Art of Shaving's cream is awesome. My GF bought a tub for me and it's a guaranteed great shave. I would have never bought it on my own, because I thought they were "yuppified", but now I stop over to their store on Madison/47th to get more. The pre-shave oil works well too.
Good to be back at SRP.

I prefer soaps most of the time. Probably because I have more of them than I do creams.
TGQ & QED are my typical go to soaps. With a dash of T&F Luxury and AOS unscented on the side.
I prefer to use cream. Mainly - until now - Truefitt & Hill 1805, Grafton and Ultimate comfort; The Art of Shaving unscented and Vulfix sicilian lime. I sometimes use soap also (L'Occitane Cade and T&H Luxury shaving soap). It seems easier to me to have a wonderful lather with cream than with soap... but maybe it is the brush... or my bad technique
Tabac shaving soap. Nothing is better.
Taylor of Old Bond St, the St. James collection (cream and alcohol based AS)
Cream person here. ATM, TOBS Rose and TOBS lemon and lime. In the past, Wahl's traditional barber's cream, Omega Eucalypto, all the C&Es.
James.
Cream: J.M. Fraser's above all, T&H West Indies Lime for sunny days. I like to experiment and will try anything once. Well almost anything;).
Kind regards,
