    Default Body Shop Shave Cream

It looks like they have discontinued it in favor of a new Maca Root one and it has a terrible review up on Amazon. Anyone know if the old stuff is still available. Anyone got a recommendation for a good replacement?

Change, guys, remember change is good; it may not be progress, but it is change.

I know you turned me on to it and my tub is getting low. What do you recommend? Maybe I'll just use my "Well Honed" soap without a smidge of cream when it is gone.

    Mike:
To replace that cream I would guess that Musgo Real is about the closest to it that I have on hand... I bet the stores still have it on hand though last time I was in Spokane they had a shelf full, which of course now you have prompted me to call down there and see if they will send me some.....

I just tried the new maca root cream and I think its really nice, has a great scent once lathered and has a nice creamy texture to it...worth a try...

The maca root cream works really well. I was a bit taken aback by the scent though. I don't know how they managed it but they somehow pefectly replicated the weird plastic scent of the seat cushions on my grandparents' old bayliner. I know scents are closely tied to memeory but this one made me think of being dragged through Lake George on an inflatable alligator.

If you guys like the old formulation (like me), just hold off for a few more weeks. TBS is having an after Christmas sale, and will be selling the full size tubs of the old stuff for only $7!!

Just got 4 jars of the old stuff for half price off bodyshop.com, doubt they last long.
