I was given a sample of AOS Unscented by my barberist. I had tried the AOS sandalwood and did not like the smell. The unscented, while initially smell very much of chemicals, lost that when lathered.
Can I add some EO or FO to the cream and make small batches of different scents or will this throw off the mix?
I have added EOs to unscented creams before with no problems. I usually do it just for one use and not in large quantities. I would take my cream that I'm going to be using that day and add a few drops of EO. Start with just a couple of drops of EO and then add more if needed. Be careful on adding the EO as too much EO can sometimes irritate the skin.
Bama, if I'm not mistaken you can also add EO/FO to Nivea Unscented balm to correspond to the cream scent as well. I think I might have gotten that idea from you on another board.

Be careful not to take too much.
It won't affect the mix but EOs are pretty powerful.
