Not a major issue, but this past week, I squeezed a tube of Bigelow shaving cream into a clean, empty plastic screw-top Edwin Jagger Sandalwood container. One tube just fit.
It is really nice to be able to soak my brush and then just dip into the cream rather than squeezing it out into a mug. Also, if the lather is a bit too wet, it is easy to dip just the tip of the brush back into the Bigelow to get a bit more cream.
This is a little thing but it does add to the enjoyment of my shave. As soon as I get another empty container, I plan to fill it with a tube of (India) Old Spice shaving cream. Some of the shaving cream containers just seem too beautiful to throw away. This seems to be a good way to recycle them.
I tape the name of the cream to the bottom of the container.
