Thats Blasphemy, you can jump off a cliff but doesn't mean you should... LOL
but no, I would never try it, as its not as cool, but the instructions say you can, so it would probably work just fine, just an abomination to do it when using a straight razor.. :)
lmao I knew I'd get flack for that. Fact is, I just don't like requiring a bowl and brush to whip up lather. Until recently, I've been using the gillette gel aerosol shaving cream exclusively, firmly refusing to get a bowl and brush, as I've never had a problem with irritation with the aerosol like some guys. Now, I realize I was missing out on something, as the C.O. Bigelow cream out of the tube is very nice and moisturising, but I like some lather. I like their version of aesol shaving cream, but I have 2 big tubes of the cream in the tube...I suppose I'm going to have to get a damn bowl and brush now, huh.
I recently tried the Bigelow for the first time, lathering in a bowl. I think the performance is top notch. Dense lather, great glide. As far as the scent goes, its okay, maybe 5 out of 10. The only thing that would keep this from my rotation is that cooling sensation. It doesn't burn, but I would love the soap if it didn't freeze my face off. On the other hand, it might be nice in the summer.
