Default India Shulton Old Spice Shaving Cream in a tube.

I put off buying some of this stuff for a long time, for one reason or another; mainly, because I hadn't ever used any creams before. But, being such a huge fan of Old Spice, I finally broke down and ordered a sixpack off the Bay. THOROUGHLY impressed. Shaved right after my shower, using a little homemade preshave oil. (two parts castor/one part olive) I lathered it up right on my face, and was immediately amazed with how rich and creamy it was. Greasy isn't the word for the feel... it felt like the creamy smoothness of your fingertips after you get done handling uncooked bacon. haha That's the best description I can think of, which makes sense, a lot of homemade cream recipes from the late 1800's call for lard. There's no lard in this Old Spice cream, but obviously that's the feel its going for. At any rate, lathered up very well, and I let the lather sit on my face while I stropped up the razor. I was using a Fritz Bracht Tennis model, and after it was done, I used my fingertip to check the lather. Sometimes with soaps, if I let the lather sit while I get the razor ready, I have to touch up the lather before I can start; no need with this cream. First pass... first stroke, actually... I was sold. Literally, like squeegeeing the hair off.... alllllllllllllllllllllllll glide, no grabbing or skipping at all. Normally, no matter what I use, after three passes there is sometimes a little tenderness in some areas. This time, however... not at all. I'm sold. Afterward, my face feels better moisturized as well... like I said, it reminds me of the softness of your skin after you handle bacon.... it's funny how, as a man, many conversations steer back to the magnificence that is "bacon." hahaha

Totally agree, a really nice shaving cream. And ridiculously cheap. The bang for buck factor is off the charts

I buy mine from www.desistores.net , the website seems to be down right now, but check again later, it's seems they're on an unstable server as it's down fairly often. I've ordered there twice, couldn't be happier.

And there's always eBay: 1 Old Spice shaving Cream Lather Foaming ORIGINAL | eBay
