Does anybody know of any shaving creams that are cooling or have eucalyptus in them? I find the cooling sensation as well as the scent of eucalyptus to be fantastic.

I have been looking into the same thing.
Mama Bear's Soaps carries a Eucalyptus glycerin shave soap.
Eucalyptus 100% Natural Glycerin Shave Soap Eucalyptus Glycerin Shave Soap [shvso06]
If you want the most cooling sensation there is from a shaving product, you have to cheack out the Queen Charlotte Soaps Vostok shaving cream, it's insanely cold, and really wakes you up. Top it off with Osage Rub as an aftershave and you are risking frostbite. I love it! :)
Proraso... Omega... Bigelow's (from Bed Bath and Beyond). Mama bears's is more potent, but smells rough.
+1 to the above, Proraso just fits the bill.
This may help you out. 200 different smells.
Hope I can do this.... No relation or kickback from vendor.
NATURAL SHAVING SOAP MEN & WOMEN ~ 200 SCENTS ~ 3.25 oz | eBay
I have tried Bigelow's before and am not a fan of it. I will have to look into Proraso and Omega, though.
If you are looking for cooling, but not necessarily eucalyptus, any of Mama Bear's "Ice" scents would work fine. They have a healthy dose of menthol and you can choose your scent - Grapefruit, Lime, etc.
Shave on!
I believe razorock has an artisan cream with eucalyptus
Proraso is great.
as i under stand it c.o. bigelow is the classic eucalyptus proraso rebranded.. so if bigelow doesnt suit your tastes, dont bother with the proraso eucalyptus (green).. maybe try the proraso aloe vera (white) if you enjoyed the lather..
Dovo has a eucalyptus cream that I'm really really impressed with. But it's not particularly cooling. For eucalyptus and cooling combined I guess I'd say proraso or omega cream.
Mama Bear sells menthol extract, so you can use an eyedropper and chill out with any soap or cream.
i guess if you like eucalyptus and menthol but didnt care for proraso soap/cream you could use their pre-shave-cream and any other soap you like.
You could also try Ingrams shave cream, that has a menthol cooling effect as well and lathers nice.
+1 to Poraso
I have another suggestion - I swear it's not Proraso! :)
Try out The Gentlemen's Refinery Black Ice. It's not eucalyptus based, but it does have a nice cooling effect and lathers really well. The GR products really don't get much hype on the forums, which is a shame because they deserve a spot alongside the big players.
It smells like black licorice to me, in case you were wondering about scent.
+1 on CO Bigelow.
Just a heads up, Bath & Body Works has a buy-2-get-one-free deal for C.O. Bigelow (Proraso) shaving cream running now. Three of the large 5.2 oz (150ml) tubes for $20 seems like a good deal, for the US market at least compared to buying it online.
Proraso - highly recommended!

PREP shaving soap and Original Formula Pre-Post Cream have eucalyptus, menthol, camphor and peppermint oils. I just bought it and used it once so I can't comment much on it other than it does have a cooling effect. I don't think there are any reviews of it on here, so I intend to post one after I use it for a month or so...
try this
Spearmint Cooler - 10g splodge in a bag - Nanny's Silly Soap Company
i just got some myself, and my face felt cold when using it, despite the lather being warm. she only makes small batches and her products are quite popular.
steve
TSD Iced Sub Zero is the 44 magnum of menthol shave soaps. TSD also offers and menthol add on to any of their many soaps so you can do Iced Lime, Grapefruit, etc.
so i tried Vitos today, and if im not mistaken, its packed full of eucalyptus. didnt notice any menthol
Dovo Eucalyptus - slickest soap/cream I've ever used. Good stuff.
I really like the proraso. Has eucalyptus and (I know, I know...) a bit of menthol. I saw a youtube vid with some guys little ritual of putting some on the brush, putting a bit of hot water in the bowl and beating it like egg whites - got a really good lather.
I am very happy with it. Amazon carries it.
