The Kent soap is Mitchell's Wool Fat in its own packaging. It also goes under the name of Bluebeard's Revenge too. All three products are identical.

Love the stuff. It has a permanent spot on my rotation.
Lathers quite easily for me, but my face couldn't agree with the lanolin content. A little bit is OK, but too much caused me some sensitivity...
I'll always have some in my den. Probably the slickest soap I've used.
Definitely no Pinetrees there... The soap smells only of...soap. It's easy to use and last long.
Other soaps I've tried, like the trumpers, smells great, but are difficult to lather up. And I've think they dry out the skin.
The mwf leaves the skin nice and moiety.
If your soap smells of pine trees it's properly not the real thing but a copy or something.
The MWF is my favourite :-)
I've mamged to avoid trying MWF for a long time. Today was my first go with it. I don't get the hype. I didn't care for the scent, didnt find it very slick, and found it very drying of my skin. I definitely needed some balm after today's shave since my skin was so dry after the shave. I didn't care much for the lather either. It was just, meh. I'll take DR Harris over it any day. I may give it another try, but Im not in a hurry. It's not exactly cheap either. I guess this is a classic YMMV thing.
Can't go wrong with MWF, it turned me into using soap pucks exclusively.
MWF is a Great soap, but you need to load the brush more then you normally do. You also need to use more water to get it right, but its Definitely worth a try more :-)
