Anything that didnt come in a closable container gets stored in whatever I use it in. I have some pressed into mugs, some just sitting in mugs, SRDs in their containers, shave sticks in their containers... And I think that about covers it for me.
Mine stay in the containers they came in and into the drawer under the sink. Freezing them is a new one to me.
I keep them in the container that they came in, if I can lather in it. Most of my soap purchases are "refills' / just the puck; I use the Pyrex containers. I can lather in the dish, let it air dry a day or so, then put lid on.

In the containers they came in or Pyrex containers with lids on the shelf in the bathroom. Bought 1 kg of Vitos Red and most of it is in the freezer in plastic containers for future use.

What do u guys think about using these?Amazon.com: 50 Sets 16oz Plastic Soup / Food Containers with Lids: Kitchen & Dining
I got a glass bowl with a lid likethat but it was dollar store quality! And I store all my soaps and creams in the fridge. Im a cold water shaver. Alum and AS balms also.
I just keep them in the containers they come in. If I just buy a replacement puck it goes into a tub that is already used up. I planned on getting some of those glass dishes a while ago but never got around to it, might head to the dollar store and see if they cheap ones.
I picked up a couple pucks of DR Harris about a month ago and I did not intend to use them right away. DRH doesn't spend a lot on packaging. Just a box, no wrapping to speak of. So I vacum sealed them so they didn't get dried out and lose their scent.
