    Monday's workout

    Db bench press 45, 50, 55, 55kg ×10 @ 2min
    Db incline press 45kg x10 x4 @2min
    Db decline press 42.5kg x10 x4 @2min
    Db flyes 25kg x10 x4 @2min

    Shoulder press 72.5, 77.5, 82.5, 87.5kg x10 @2min
    Dumbell raises
    Front lat raise 18.5kg x10 x4 @2min
    Bent forward reverse flyes 18.5kg x10 x4 @2min
    Side raise 18.5kg x10 x4 @2min

    Barbell shrugs 200kg x12 x4 @1min(contraction hold at top)
    Static barbell holds 200kg for 15sec x 5 @1 min
    Finger curls 60kg x 10 x 4 @45sec

    Made reps on shrugs again this week.

    Dead lift 200kg x7 x4 @2min.
    Pullups bodyweight only 7 x 3@ 2min
    Standing bent over barbell rows 95kg x10 x3 @2min
    Bench bent over db rows 50 kg x10 x4 @2min
    Wide grip pull down 75kg x10 x5 @1min
    Barbell reverse wrist curls 40kg x10 x4 @1min
    Barbell wrist curls 60kg x10 x4 @1min

    Had to drop last rep of last set. My right hip is playing up and is stuffing me up. When its right I go well amd when playing up not so much. Wish I could get it sorted but seem to be seesawing back and foward between bad and ok. Made reps on db rows, barbell rows and pulldowns again this week.

    4 sets of 200kg deadlift for 7 reps is bloody good if you have a dicky hip. Could it be related?

    Hip has been an ongoing issue for years. The glute min and some of the other muscles get tight. The chiro does needling to release it all but the last few months it has changed a bit. It was good for a good long while with the treatment I am getting so suppose will be a matter of finding what works for what is happening at the moment

    Friday's workout

    Back squats 200kgs x 10 reps x 4 @90sec
    Straight leg deads 140kg x 10 reps x 4 @90sec
    Leg extensions 75 x 12 x5 @1min
    Single standing leg curls 20 x12 x5 @1min

    Bench dips plus 92.5kgs x 12 reps x 4 sets @2min
    Skull crushers 47.5kg x10 x4 @2min
    Pushdowns 75 x 12 x5 @1min(slow tempo)

    Ez bar curl 50kg x10reps x4sets @90sec
    Cross body dumbell hammer curl 25kg x 10 x4 @2min
    Dumbell incline curl 22.5kg x10 x4 @2min

    Made reps on all leg exercises, ez bar curls, hammer curls and pushdowns again this week.

    Made reps on the usuals. Had to drop reverse wrist curls as forearm still playing up and deads went to s$%t. Hip is playing up bad. Go up ok but cant go down. Got appr with Chiro tomorrow so hopefully can do something with it.

    Saw the Chiro and he agrees this is something new so wishes me to do deload weeks for my hips. So will deload next week and I'm going to modify deads to take the edge off the weight but will leave the overall volume similar.

    I'm currently without a gym membership so I've been making due at the house.

    Yesterday was:
    4x superset of
    flutter kicks x 50
    pushups x 25
    kettlebell swings/squats x 40 (ammo can)
    Chest press x 20 (60 lbs dog food bag)
    45 second rest

    4x superset
    Hanging knee ups x 10
    Mountain climbers x 25
    situps x 30
    rest 45 seconds
