Right, what is a workout?
Bob
I guess Green Acres really is the place to be :tu
Oh Lord,And I always felt Calif was the land of Fruits and Nutz:)
Man do I love the high vis shirts. The other thing that's awesome is tie die from hawaii.
Dude! Way to be visible! Good on you!
Here in KS there are more than a few gents who strap on a plad shirt and jeans and off they go. When jogging, I always figured they are running from the law. In the gym, they just look hot.
But its "a thing" here so who am I to say anything?
Knee socks.

old shot, but i still work out on wheels mostly. and I made a nice steel fork to replace that one.
JB, did Jimmy do the Inkwork??
what's a workout?
I'm digging the Chucks!
,,,,,,,,you don't have to take this kind of abuse, JB,,,
I dress in a pair of Bonds Boxers and nothing else - and no, I'm not posting a photo and yes, my gym is in my garage. :D
I only know I am not permitted to wear spandex. My daughters made me promise no spandex.
I hit the gym four days a week for my weight and cardio training, 2 days I do, "active rest" which is just getting out and being busy for at least 20 minutes, which is usally a couple of hours, walking down at the boardwalk by Lake Ontario, which is just down the street from me. Maybe a stroll downtown, etc. One day is complete rest, which is also my, "cheat" day, I get to eat what I want and have dessert, which is usually two pounds of chicken wings (seldom get through them all), and a basket of fries with a big piece of cake for dessert.
For the gym though? It's always my good Saucony shoes, track pants, and my trademark Marvel Comics, "Spiderman" very loose, Lycra shirt...and when that's in the wash, it's my gold color, Lycra again, original Star Trek Captain Kirk shirt...always get's a laugh and it inspires me to keep going to the gym, as it's the only place where I can wear it where people will actually openly laugh at and with me...if I wear it any other place, people back away, slowly, very slowly, especially when I start then blabbering about straight razors and how cool they are. ;)
I feared spandex and all the spandex-people. My daughter, a dietician/nutritionist, promised me I'd look great in spandex if I just went to pilates 2x/week and followed her eating advice. With 70-pounds (and the beard) gone I figure she was right.

Yes mr moo you do look great, but still dont wear spandex, its just a bit wrong:)
I wear a pair of loose shorts, either grey and black or black, with either a black t shirt or a mangey grey or green singlet, and a pair of asics shoes in the gym, or bontrager bike shoes on my bike.
Usually in SCUBA gear.
Under Armour.
Under Armour sweat pants and Under Armour Batman, Superman, or Spiderman shirt with my gym only Saucony shoes....
I erg in the privacy of my own home, so just rowing shorts. And a bandana to keep the sweat out of my eyes.
I just wear my army PTs.
Makes sense..
Depends...

It's not same for all the occasion. This may differ from time to time.
All depends on the workout.
Plyo/Cardio at the house? Shorts and a T shirt.
Hiking/camping/fishing from the bank? Dickies work pants and a thin long sleeve shirt.
Out on the Kayak? Dressed for the water, cause chances are one way or another I'm gonna be wet before all's said & done.
