Are the light blue honing/polishing compounds like Starkie Blue (Smurf poo) from the UK or the very expensive Picasso precious metal polishes of any use in razor honing/stropping?

I have serious concerns with the very percept that Smurfs must have blue poo. People with a multitude of different skin colours have roughly the same coloured stool, allowing for dietary preferences, so why should Smurfs be better than the rest of us?
As for applying faecal matter to strops, it has already been down in the initial stages of the tanning process.

Cerium Oxide is a lapidary compound that can be used to strop with.
Some people load strops with Maas and strop with that.
In the end CrO works great, but in the end compounds should be used to refresh edges not to improve edges after the hones.
