Default DIY Strop hanging hardware outlet?

I lucked out in getting a Hand American order of 3 horse butt strips. I was able to cut out 5 total 2 1/2" x 24" strips. I also received three strop hanging clips from Hand American. If my prototype that I've finished and that I'm using works well for me, then I would make the other strops and sell them at a low cost to members as a one time thing.

Is there a known source for the hangers? I prefer the old school barber style strops with no handle hardware so I'm only looking for hanging hardware.

In doing a search of the forums, I see using a D ring and clip. Any alternate ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for the info, Glen. I can't tell from the picture, but how to you get the clip to go around the continuous D ring?

I drilled out the 3 holes in each side (no leather punch) then looped it over the D ring and used the Chicago fasteners..... Quick and simple enough for me to do it even

Fromm International sells the traditional style brass swivels that they use on their Illinois Razor Strop Company strops.
