I cannot find any information on these. Has anyone used them? Some of the literature states that it has an abrasive compound on it.
Any information is appreciated.

If memory serves me correctly, I purchased one of these. But returned it. It is a suede type leather. In no way was it suitable for a straight razor.
It was a paddle strop, and suede...
Dad used to paddle our butz... :D
They sell them here at Woodcraft. Appears they are more for wookworking tools.
I've had one for years but rarely use it, even on woodcarving tools. It's main feature is a curved and a radius surface for getting into gouges and veiners and such. I removed the suede type stuff and put cowhide on mine. I wouldn't use it for razors.
EDIT: On second thought... I never did try the original suede on a razor. Once worn in a bit, it might work as well as any other rough-side strop. Another experiment idea...
