Bottom weight canvas
or
Bottom weight Linen
You'll also need some double sided fuseable webbing. The specific webbing comes in medium and heavy. This specific webbing if stiff can be used to make bowls. The medium is more pliable.
Many of the vintage strops used flax canvas, the sort that they used to make fire hoses and water bags out of. I've heard that you can still get flax canvas webbing from the shops that sell horse tack.

Whatever you use it needs to be pretty stiff.
Hi and welcome to SRP. Look here in the SRP Wiki for a lot of good info on straight razor shaving and related topics. I think there are other members from Sweden on the forum. There may even be someone in your neck of the woods. :tu
