pasted strop

Ok I need some clearing up I have a pasted stop now thanks for the CHromium Oxide chrisl and at a great price for the amount I got but to my question after I stop on the paste do I got straight to my face Or to the canvas and leather then to my face?

After paste you clean the razor then go to plain leather and do a test stroke on the lathered beard. If it still feels a little dull then give the razor a few over the linen then the leather. This way your beard is softening while you are prepping the razor.
