Of the stuff Knifecenter has, I would pick a Illinois 361(Illinois Razor Strop 2.5" x 24" Top Grain Cowhide No Handle).
I have one. It's a really nice strop for for the money.
There is a canvas second strop on that model. Personally, I don't see a need for the handle. Otherwise, the 127 is supposed to be nice. As far as cheaper goes, you could get a filly.
Personally, I really do like handles on strops. Well done ones, that is. Some strops have handles that can make your strop cup, but those are not on our virtual list of recommended ones, anyway.
