I'm just curious how these two products compare as a strop dressing. I know they also do a neat oil. Ha anyone tried both of these before?

The only time I have used a strop dressing was to bring back to life an old dried out one and that was using Neats Foot Oil. A lot of people just rub it down with the palm of their hand before stropping.

I prefer bick. It contains no petrol products and their cleaner is super stuff. Like a gel almost and is the same Ph as leather.
But like Bob said neatsfoot is far better and the oil from your hand is better yet still.
Does anybody know where I can get a list of the ingredients for these products?
I checked my bottles of bick and they do not list ingredients. I guess it's a big secret.
I've checked the Lexol bottles at the local Tractor Supply without any ingredients listed. I even downloaded the msdd without any mention of ingredients. I couldn't even find the msds information on the Bickmore site.
