As you know I want them to be legitament if it's horween or not

If you have already paid for it, well,,, just wait till it arrives,,, take some better photos of it & post them here. We will give you our thoughts on it then.
Don't worry, it will work out,,,,,,,,,,,

Why is it hidden in a closet & what is a "horween" ?
Take several better photos for us, please.

I just googled Bison Made Strops. Their strops appear to be a well made. (It's difficult to tell from your picture). Bison Made Strops have cotton/linen for the secondary strop material. Usually top grade leather strops have pure 100% linen as their secondary strop material. There may have been less expensive options available with better quality.
The decision to keep the strop is yours and yours alone. It's very easy to nick and cut a new strop during the learning phase of your S.R. shaving journey. You may want to (save this strop or return it) until your honing skills improve. Purchase a less expensive strop for your training purposes.

I've been shaving for long enough that I wanted to upgrade, I edited my last post

Company in Chicago IIRC that supplies the best cordovan shell, horsehide, and other leathers to the trade, strop makers but more shoe and clothing makers. To the original poster, don't use it and wait and see if they explain it to your satisfaction. If not shoot for a refund, either through paypal or your CC company.
