Hey quick question. There is always talk about the use of chromium oxide, whether it be paste, spray or crayon. My question is do you think artist paint grade pigment would work. The supplier claims it "pure pigment" of Cr2O3. So what's your thoughts. If it's possibly too course would mulling it work, which is the process of grinding the pigment on a glass plate in order to get even dispersion of pigment into paint. Just throwing it out there, just had it rolling in my mind.
Yea, Kremer Pigments is quality high quality Chrome Oxide very pure and inexpensive.
Kremer is very pure and has been used by many for razors, don’t know about others.
I recommend Kremer, Hand America and SRP. It is not expensive buy known quality. Once you put it on, it will never completely come off.
+1 to the above. The particle size is also very important and nothing you can do is likely to get it fine enough with a constant particle size. Buy it right the first time as you will only need to buy once.
