The Tony Miller beginner strops are downright reasonable and great quality.
I agree completely. Anyone shopping for a new strop should check his work out. He delivers what he promises, and you WILL be happy. I have SRD, Tony Miller, and several other strops of recent vintage. His are the best for the money! They can be found on his site: https://heirloomrazorstrop.com
Plus 1 on the Tony Miller strops. My 1st was one of his 3" latigos (though it's a little more draw than I like these days) . I'm of the school of thought that if you start out with a fine strop and are VERY careful while learning, you won't chop it up so much-at least I didn't.
tony miller not even a doubt
I have been using a Tony Miller fast bridle as my go to strop for years.
Still performs like day one.
Superb quality and value for the dollar.

Tony Miller!
Torolf at Scrupleworks also makes some very fine high quality artisan strops, IIRC he's located in Norway
I enjoy mine greatly, he's been wonderful to work with ime
