I received my new STRAIGHT RAZOR DESIGNS 3" PREMIUM II LEATHER STROP today. Looks great.
I am looking for advice on what to use, paste or spray, on the Fabric webbing strop to maintain the razor's edge?

Do you have any other strops? If not, then you should put nothing on the webbed strop. You'll want the webbing and the leather for daily use and you'll need some other strop for optional pastes.
Congrats. A fine strop you have bought.
As to paste or spray on the webbed fabric, I would say don't.
If you wish to use those kind of products, get a separate strop for that.
I would never use any such stuff on my daily driver.
A good, clean, daily stropping on both is my preferred way:)
++1 on the previous advice. There is no need to add paste to your new strop.
If you want to paste or diamond spray a strop--apply it to your old strop. Or purchase an SRD paddle strop like I did. The felt of the paddle strop is great for diamond spray.
Got it.
I actually looked at those and I liked the idea. I'm glad that you suggested this.
Thanks for your advice as well. Now I will practice with a butter knife my stropping technique.
Thanks to all!
