Some modifications to the tool holder I am now able to adjust all angles if the blade blank is not sitting perfect in the nesting block I found that after clamping I was getting some deflection.

That is an impressive piece of hardware. Have you any plans for dripping coolant fluid on the blade while you are grinding?

This is more like a factory for the manufacture of razors. I see that a lot of work spent.
