Exellent video! One question, what time totaly you invested in this razor?
I can not thank you enough for the valuable information
I finally got to watch you vid on honing, but again w/o sound till tonight. Nice job! Other than the hones I have on hand the only other difference is the speed at which I hone. I don't hone as fast as you show till I get over the 8k hone. :)
I really like your Vids! Thank you for taking the time to make and share them with us.
Brad,
That was a wonderful set of videos you did. Thank you so much for sharing. I learned quite a bit from this. Wish I would have seen before my first restore on an ebay special W & B all by hand. Definitely need some power tools.
Thanks!
Lu
Thanks for a very informative show. Great work, really enjoyed every bit of it.
Cheers

Brilliant! I haven't even got my own razor yet and I want to start refurbing. :p The craftsmanship is great! We've really lost that in a society where everything is mass produced by machines.
I think it would take me 100 times longer though since I'll have none of your power tools which I'm sure make things a LOT faster!
I can't thank you enough for these videos. I happened to watch on the same night I put in an order for horn blanks, and was able to change the order just in time to get two-inch-wide plates instead of inch-wide. I learned that I need to cut both sides of the scales from the same plate.
I'm not sure how, but I missed this thread till now! What a valuable addition to the Wiki. Well done!
These are the best videos in tne web about razor restoring. Tanks a lot Undream, u are a Master!!!
Awesome video Brad. I can't wait (but I guess I'll have to) to see the next series. I've been polishing a couple of blades; now I'm thinking about buying a buffer. Thanks a lot.
Great videos. I felt like I would one day like to refurbish some straight razors. These videos have convinced me that I do not :) Thanks for saving me the time money and heartbreak.
Well I still may do it but it really show the time, skill, and commitment necessary.
Very helpful, Brad. Thanks a lot.
Very well done series of videos sir, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bravo Brad! Thank you so very much. YOU, Sir are an artisan and a very patient man! Your vids truly answered so many questions I had rambling through my head about the how is it done factor. Makes me want to go and lather up and shave, right now! lol
What a fantastic effort!!!
Thank you very much
