How to Chamfer the edges of a Hone

Nightblade was asking about how to chamfer the egdes of a hone once you have lapped it, so heres a quick video showing how..! :)

Piece of sandpaper does the trick as well. I use very fine sandpaper > 1K.

I don't see why you couldn't use the norton flattening stone. Give it a try and let us know how it goes...! :)

Of course you can. I just suggested lapping paper or sandpaper for those of us (like myself) who do not have a lapping plate.
