I just received some faux ivory from masecraft I wanted to use to rescale a small 4/8 blade I have sitting waiting. I was wondering if there is anything special I have to do while working with it? It seems like it chips easily looking at the sheet (edges are chipped, assuming from being cut at the store). And it is very soft and flexible. Any help with techniques would be great.
