You may be able to adjust them by furthur peening, what most do not realize.one size will not fit all, properly scaling blades is an art, good luck.
Let me be the first to say "pictures"
Did you pin it?
Is there alot ofslop in the tang hole?
I already tried that. The wedge needs to be wider. I would rather replace the scale than modify the one I have.
No it's tight just a wide tang
Than make a wider wedge
I don't want to mess up the nice brass pins from dovo. I can use the scales on another razor. Just thought someone is into making scales
As you can see I have deleted a couple of posts.. Lets try being polite

To the op, can you show some pics of the Dovo scales in relation to the razor trying to show us the issues that you have going
Without a point of reference it is pretty hard to try and find you a fix..

Sorry about the post. Thanks Glen for your help. Attachment 142371Attachment 142372 you can see how the scale is spread much more on the tang side compared to the wedge.
The tang on the Boker has a different tang angle too combined with the thickness of the scales and the thickness of the tang are creating a condition that isn't ever going to allow flex.. Basically it won't work..
You either need to find a vintage set that is off a near razor or build a custom set to that razor..
Is that a 5/8 razor ????
Yes it is 5/8. It shaves great. How old is it?
Not sure, but my guess is after WW2
You need a thicker wedge.
