Just got into staight razor shaving recently. I am considering restoring razors I get off ebay and places like that. Will anyone let me know where to buy scale material, pins and whatever else is needed? I appreciate any help. If I do restore some razors I'll post pictures so you guys can laugh. :)

If anyone laughs they're simply remembering their first project. My first attempt is STILL sitting in a drawer so I can make myself feel better anytime I get stuck on one. It actually looks worse than when I got it... Later ones look much better I think.Quote:

There are at least 30 online places I've used as well as Wallyworld, local hardware and hobby shops, flea markets, guys here, and your own stashes that you may not yet realize have uses.
