Well, you could always just get a blade stretcher instead. Works great for any shorties you might have. :rofl2:

Yeah Jerry, don't feel so bad. The first time I saw it, I wondered a minute or so & then just figured that's Tom up to one of his moments. If a window of opportunity is open, he will take advantage of it. He likes to pull out the ol' Wedge-O-Matic now & again...............:D

Yeah. That was the last thing I tried -- just a drop of machine oil. It worked well! I've got both a male and a female set curing now.

Next stop: the storage unit to see if I can find my box of metal. I have a single piece of brass to attempt to make a washer with until I do that.

And when I say a single piece of brass, I mean a piece of brass exactly the size of the washer I want to make. The 'benefit' of keeping every cast off bit of metal...

Good luck Zak. I am that way. I keep certain things in hopes of one day I may need it & it has worked out many times. I'm a packrat of certain things.

Darn you! I had just taken some pictures of mine and was going to offer him a good deal.

Need minor cleaning, missing the nameplate, etc. but still has the original cord! :w
