Good Day Gents!
Does anyone have a source for the "special" domed and punched (best description I can come up with) Dubl Duck washers - the flat ones I typically use just won't do these beauties justice.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Some guys make their own. Take a small ball pein hammer hit it with a bigger one and drive a stainless washer into a block of lead.

Thank you for the quick reply Richard! Do you think a 1/8" OD washer will give me enough material to get the needed dome height using this method? Always difficult (and frustrating) thinking about these things sitting at the office :)
Use two of the little tiny SS #0 washers per side, One with the domed side down and One with the domed side up (outside one) this is the closest results I have managed to obtain to the Original look of the Vintage Solingen washers...

Thank you for the suggestion Glenn, that worked like a charm! I actually took a point from Richard and, using a punch, increased the dome slightly on all 12 washers. Trick to that is getting two washers that match once I was finished monkeying with them. Took some time, but the results were great! Ill post some pics as soon as I have my camera back into working order.
Thank you again for the suggestions!
Good on Ya!
I also sometimes use the Dremel mandrel with the very small screw ( less than 1/16th") as an arbor to make the washers round or any other doming or modification to the outer diameter. A few bits of 1/16th" ID brass or aluminum tube as spacers from a hobby or craft store, can make it easier to work the small diameters
