Why not try just doing wedge less or one piece scales.
I want the look of the wedge just have to figure this out - thanks!!
NO GLUE PERIOD :<0)
Unless your attaching brass. Then everything has to be spotless clean or it will show black.
No need for glue. Just pin it nice and snug.
Here is one I did. No glue :)

Thanks for the advise - think I will double pin the wedge to add for stability - pinning isn't my strong suite(of course nothing is) but will give it a go - will post pics when I finish - was told by a plastics guy to use micromesh up to 12,000 grit then just buff out
If you have to glue you can use weld on or acetone.
This one was no glue.

I've rescaled dozens of razors and never used glue. I just dont think its necessary. But thats just my opinion.
If you are going to use glue, maybe consider the coulour of the wedge. The glue may show up more on a black wedge than it would on a whiteish wedge? maybe some test pieces would be an idea
This is a Bengall I did recently in a very light blue acrylic with no glue, turned out pretty well
