The second one looks interesting, if they came a bit longer you could make some scales from them. But I suppose you would not get the cat's eye effect?

I don't know how you find all this stuff, but it's great to know just the same. Bye the way what does cabbing knapper mean? I could not find a meaning for it.

If you go for the fiber glass, be sure to wear respirators if you are sanding or sawing it.
That stuff is nasty.

I always wear one mate no matter what Im sanding, grinding or buffing. (a wenge dust trip will do that to you)
