damn i feel really bad I accidently dropped the blade and it landed hard on the floor! the blade looks like a saw!!! shit!
its a THiers Issard fully hollow evide sonant... how can i restore it?
do you think the 4000 /8000 will work or they are too soft? the razor its 79 US and buying a stone its 74 US... also... do you think a 1000 grit will do the work of restoring and then use the 0.5 diamond paste to sharpen?

It would help if you posted some pictures!
first, tape the spine with some electrical tape and hone out the chips (if they aren't that big) on the 1k grit stone (sandpaper will work too) maybe lower if they are very bad
unfortunately, the next step would be to set the bevel on the 4k stone and finish off with a few pyramids on the 4/8k stone before finishing off with the 0.5 micron paste
to go from the 1k stone to 0.5 micron paste would be an effort in futility...the 1k stone leaves the edge much too rough
i'll go out on a limb and say that since you don't have the 4/8k stone you probably didn't hone the razor yourself the first time either, which means that even if you do buy the 4/8k stone you'll be faced with the honing learning curve that everyone faces and probably won't achieve the same edge sharpness it once had.
expensive option: buy a new razor have it sent out to be honed
middle option 1: buy a new razor and try to finish the edge with 0.5 micron paste yourself which would probably be possible
middle option 2: buy the 4/8k stone and hone it up yourself (may be a good idea if you plan on having different razors in the future, or if you are accident prone...a good skill to have nonetheless)
cheap option: send out the chipped razor and have someone else do all the hard work for you
or you could buy a shave-ready razor off an SRP member for cheap
Let us know how big the chips are. If they are too big you can use the razor as a saw.

Just some general guidelines that I follow...if the damage is as deep as the bevel, it has to be a pretty damn good razor for me to hone that kind of chip out. If 1.5 to 2x the depth of the bevel...forget it unless you are willing to send it out to be reground. If on the other hand, the damage is half the bevel deep or less...an hour or two on a coarse grit stone will remove the damage (make sure you tape the spine).
Here's hoping your ding is not too deep (but the fact that you said it looks like a saw does not inspire confidence).

yup the ding is big the razor feel to the floor "first toilete then floor" and although it was closed the blade towards the tail looks like a saw
Im gonna try to put some pics soon... I honned this one with the 0.5 paste to a really good shave.
