Wood might even be easier to work with than acrylic, do you have any sources for super thin stock?
You could say that. But I'm looking to have it stabilized first. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...12a38121f5.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...b52716838b.jpg

Still an ugly duckling but now it's in a nice tux.

It's been four attempts but I have finally finished the ugly Ducklings. Sadly though I don't think the Canon razor will ever be usable. The pitting is really bad along the edge and honing it seems to leave a lot of Swiss cheese holes.... http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...cf64656a56.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...87729808f1.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...7e980ea184.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...8df82e706e.jpg

That's too bad with the pitting, the scales look great though. What material did you go with there? I used some 1/8th lexan from work that was laying around, ended up going with a frosted look. I like the pair good job. :D
