Perhaps this will be of some help.
Greaseless Polishing Compounds - Caswell
Try googling "buffer compound suppliers Europe ". I just did and came up with multiple suppliers.
otherwise i'm wondering how to take a hollow razor for remove stains. as it's not like wedge blades, i can't imagine if i can clean hollow blades successfully .
If you are only needing to remove very minor things like 'Stains' and not serious corrosion/then a metal polish will do wonders. I have no idea of what's available in France but here in the States things like Mothers Mag and Aluminum, Blue Magic and MASS are commonly available.
Give something like those products a go, perhaps they will be enough to clean up the blade to your satisfaction.
Autosol is a good polish and made in Germany so may be available locally. It really depends on whether you are cleaning it or removing pitting. I tend to buy decent to begin with. If The pitting is deep on a hollow then you are better of cleaning and keeping the razor integrity instead of removing the pitting
To give some contrarian advice: I've thrown away all my greaseless because I didn't like what it did to the lines of the geometry of the razor. I only use machine sanding and handsanding anymore, with some chromium oxide for mirror polishing if needed.
